These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RadioGet ("the Service", "we", "our", "us"), a radio streaming application that helps you discover and listen to internet radio stations worldwide.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description
RadioGet provides:
- Station discovery — AI-powered search that interprets your mood, genre preferences, or natural language queries to find matching radio stations from a database of publicly available internet radio streams.
- Radio streaming — direct playback of publicly available internet radio stations. RadioGet does not host or produce any audio content.
- Personal library — the ability to save, rate, and organize your favorite stations.
- Voice guide — an in-app voice assistant that guides you through the app experience.
2. Accounts and Registration
- You must create an account to use RadioGet. You can sign up with email or Google.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
3. Free Trial and Payments
- Free trial — new accounts receive a free trial period. No credit card is required.
- Subscription — after the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
- Pricing — current prices are displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may change; existing subscriptions are honoured at the original price until expiry.
- Payment processing — payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
- No refunds — subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its database
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Redistribute or rebroadcast radio streams accessed through RadioGet
- Submit search queries designed to abuse or manipulate the AI system
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Radio Content
- RadioGet provides access to publicly available internet radio streams. We do not control, produce, or host the audio content broadcast by any station.
- Station availability, audio quality, and content are determined by the station operators, not by RadioGet.
- We are not responsible for the content, opinions, music, or advertisements broadcast by any station.
- Stations may go offline, change their programming, or cease to exist at any time without notice.
6. AI-Powered Search
RadioGet uses artificial intelligence to interpret your search queries. The AI's interpretation is a best effort and may not always match your intent perfectly. Search results depend on available station metadata and AI interpretation — we do not guarantee the accuracy or relevance of results.
7. Service Availability
- We aim to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property
- The RadioGet application, its code, design, AI systems, and brand are our exclusive property.
- Radio station names, logos, and content belong to their respective owners.
- Your personal data and favorites remain yours. You may request export or deletion at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
RadioGet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Search results will be accurate or relevant
- Radio stations will be available or online
- Audio quality will meet any specific standard
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Account Cancellation
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@radioget.online.
- Upon deletion, your data (favorites, listening history, preferences) will be permanently removed within 30 days.
- If you have an active subscription, it will not be refunded, but you may continue using the Service until the end of the paid period.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the Provider's jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Provider's registered location.
